Said it many times before: Caffeine isn’t the answer for overwhelming lethargy. In fact, there may be some underlying problem. Fellow RD and American Dietetic Association Spokesperson Melinda Johnson blogs about feeling sluggish. Namely, she tackles the topic of sleep apnea. I strongly encourage clients to speak with their doctors if sleep apnea is suspected.
